Mohawk was my second cockatiel. I got him off a lady that kept him in a small cage and used him for only breeding puposes. He was terribly afraid people. I worked with him until he was handlable but not really tame. I decided to breed him with My 1st 'Tiel, Cinnamon. They laid 4 eggs. Suddenly Mohawk didn't look very good so I was taking him to the vet the next day. Sadly he never made it through the night. Then three babies hatched and one lived. I think all 3 would have lived if cinnamon didn't have to do it alone. This is one of the saddest momentsx I was alive for...thank you. Bird Brain
